LMA/APL REF Quarterly Series

The first LMA/APL seminar of 2017 for junior REF professionals, will focus on "The Loan Agreement".

It will take place on 08 February 2017, 8.30am – 9.30am at Pinsent Masons, 30 Crown Place, London EC2A 4ES and will cover the following:

• Typical structure of the document
• Drafting assumptions
• Typical negotiating points – focusing on representations, undertakings and events of default
• Conditions precedent – what issues should parties be aware of

Speakers will be William Oliver and Richard Hughes, both of Pinsent Masons.

This seminar is for those with up to 3 years experience in the market.

Registration will start at 8.00am, with the seminar to commence promptly at 8.30am. It is expected to last approximately one hour, with breakfast to be provided beforehand.
