We are holding an Early Evening Seminar on 24 May in London at Allen & Overy LLP.

The seminar is entitled "Developments on the future of LIBOR and the impact on the syndicated loan market".

This seminar is part of a regular series of updates and educational seminars that the LMA will organise to update members on developments in respect of the future of LIBOR.

This seminar will cover, amongst other things:

• An update on interest rate benchmark reform and the transition to risk-free rates

• The current status of work on creating term SONIA reference rates

• Issues for the syndicated loan market from a borrower and lender perspective

• Work to facilitate updates to documentation

Registration and refreshments will open at 16:15 hrs, with the seminar starting at 17:00 hrs. The seminar finishes at 18:00 hrs and is followed by a drinks reception open to all attendees.
