Johannesburg Early Evening Seminar

The LMA's first Johannesburg Early Evening Seminar of 2017 will provide a legal update on the latest developments in relation to guarantees and security. In particular, the session will focus on:

• Suretyships vs. Conditional Guarantees vs. Demand Guarantees (including recent case law developments); and
• English Law Security concepts in the context of cross border transactions.

Speakers will be:

Registration will open at 16:15 hrs, and the seminar will start promptly at 17:00 hrs. The event will be followed by a drinks and networking reception at 18:00 hrs.
