Dublin Training

We are holding a one-day investment grade documentation training event in Dublin on 27 September 2017. Presentations will be delivered by senior professionals working in the loan market who have first-hand experience and knowledge of the industry. The day will also include a workshop exercise run in small groups.

Whilst the training will focus on the LMA Investment Grade Facilities Agreement, it will not only focus on investment grade borrowers, but also cover cross-over credits who use the LMA Investment Grade Facility as a starting point for transactions.The training will cover the following:

• Market Update
• The LMA investment grade facility agreement: introduction and commercial aspects
• Update on LMA documents and hot topics
• The borrower's perspective
• Workshop exercise

Webinar instructions

The training day is based on the assumption that delegates will have viewed the webinar on "Introduction to Syndicated Lending", available on demand on the LMA website (click here for the LMA webinar homepage). The training day will not cover material already covered by the LMA webinar.

Registration will open at 09:00 hrs, and the seminar will start promptly at 09:30hrs. Welcome refreshments will be provided.
