Brussels Early Evening Seminar

We are holding an evening seminar in Brussels on 7 February 2018 covering selected topics for the Belgian lending market. In particular, this seminar will cover:

• New Belgian public procurement laws – impact on lending procurement and secured transactions
• Belgian tax developments – EBITDA based interest deduction limitation
• New Belgian Civil Code in preparation – Important developments, including trust like concepts and new rules for guarantees

Speakers will be Frederik Vandendriessche, Giovanni Smet and Ivan Peeters, all from Stibbe.

The seminar will be presented in English.

Registration and refreshments will open at 16:15 hrs, with the seminar starting at 17:00 hrs. The seminar finishes at 18:00 hrs and is followed by a drinks reception open to all attendees.
