APL/LMA REF Quarterly Series

We would like to invite you to attend the second APL & LMA seminar of 2018, focusing on the topic of “Real Estate Due Diligence & Security”.

This event will take place on 2 May 2018 at 5.00pm – 7.00pm at CMS, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF and will cover the following:-

• Real Estate Due Diligence
  • potential approaches to due diligence;
  • the importance of due diligence in a real estate financing context; and
  • a summary of those areas which should be covered.
• Security
  • types of security;
  • enforcement of security; and
  • avoiding surprises.

Speakers will be Adrian Wright and Simon Johnston, both of CMS London.

Registration will start at 5.00pm, with the seminar to commence promptly at 5.30pm. It is expected to last approximately one hour, and will be followed by a drinks reception. Please note the seminar is being held at the offices of CMS London.

This event is open to LMA and APL members with less than 3 years’ experience in the real estate finance industry, subject to prior registration and acceptance.
