APL/LMA REF Quarterly Series

We would like to invite you to attend the final APL & LMA seminar of 2017, focusing on the topic of “Property Development Documentation”.

This event will take place on 9 November 2017 at 08:00 – 09:30 at Fladgates LLP, 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG and will cover the following:-

• structure and drafting assumptions of the document;
• typical negotiation points and potential pitfalls; and
• key differences as against the property multi property investment facility.

Speakers will be Jenny Sargeant and Gary Smith, both of Fladgates LLP.

Registration will start at 08:00, with the seminar to commence promptly at 08:30. It is expected to last approximately one hour, with breakfast to be provided beforehand.

This event is open to LMA and APL members with less than 3 years’ experience in the real estate finance industry only, subject to prior registration and acceptance.
