APL/LMA REF Quarterly Series

We would like to invite you to attend the third APL & LMA seminar of 2017, focusing on the topic of “Intercreditor Agreements”.

This event will take place on 12 September 2017 at 17:00 – 19:00 at Taylor Wessing, 5 New Street Square, London EC4A 3TW and will cover the following:-

• common structures for intercreditor agreements for real estate finance transactions;
• typical negotiation points and potential pitfalls; and
• mezzanine and senior lender requests and concerns.

Speakers will be Heather Buttle and Louis Dewfall, both of Taylor Wessing.

Registration will start at 17:00, with the seminar to commence promptly at 17:30. It is expected to last approximately one hour, and will be followed by a drinks reception.

This event is open to LMA and APL members with less than 3 years’ experience in the real estate finance industry, subject to prior registration and acceptance.
