APL and LMA Juniors' Real Estate Finance Seminar

The fourth in the APL and LMA's quarterly real estate finance series will focus on "Property Development Documentation", covering the following:

• structure and drafting assumptions of the document;
• typical negotiation points and potential pitfalls; and
• key differences as against the property multi property investment facility.

Registration will start at 8.00am, with the seminar to commence promptly at 8.30am. It is expected to last approximately one hour, with breakfast to be provided beforehand. This event is open to LMA and APL members with less than 5 years’ experience in the real estate finance industry only, subject to prior registration and acceptance.
