On 16 March, 2010, the LMA will be holding training on the LMA Intercreditor Agreement.  This training day will provide the ideal opportunity for individuals to discuss the issues that arise in the context of this agreement and understand how the LMA document will resolve some of these difficulties.  The training will comprise a mix of presentations and case study exercises delivered by senior lawyers and senior industry practitioners who have been integral in the production of this document.

Target Audience
This documentation training event is aimed at personnel working in the primary market within banks including originators, distributors, agency departments and in-house lawyers.  Relevant practitioners from law firms are also welcome, but places will be capped to accommodate demand. It is for LMA Members only.

The first place on the course for each Full Member is free while for each additional Full Member and for each Associate Member the cost is GBP 200 plus VAT.

Members will be invoiced for the cost after the training event takes place.  Non-attendees will be charged unless the LMA receives at least 48 hours prior notification of cancellation.
